Preparing trackouts?
Learn how to prepare and export your files from your DAW before adding them here.
Add WAV or MP3 trackouts.
You can add files gradually and remove the wrong one here. Once you start analysis, this list is locked so every later choice refers to the same mix.
AI can mistake one instrument for another. Listen to every track, check its suggested role, and correct any mistakes before mixing.
This review can make or break the mix. The role assigned to each track determines how it is balanced and processed. Listen to the previews and correct anything that does not sound or look right before moving on. The mixer automatically excludes some obvious buses and full-mix sources, but treat that as a safety net rather than a cleanup step.
Use the ⓘ button beside a class to read its description and listen to an example when one is available.
Optional: bring one track forward within its family.
Volume focus lets you place one track a little more forward within its family. You can leave everything on Automatic for the normal balance.
Choose a key to enable Auto-Tune.
Leave the key unset to keep Auto-Tune off. Find key applies S-KEY's local result, which you can then change manually.
Offline note-level correction is available for eligible individual vocals. Choir, vocal chops, and grouped vocals are excluded.
Warning: this experimental pitch processing may not work well on every vocal. Enable it only if the result sounds natural.
Optional finishing choices.
You can return to change these preferences any time before you start the mix.
Add tracks, then analyze and review their roles before starting your mix.
Use Edit volume to balance individual sounds in your mix. Make elements louder or quieter, then render the current mix when it feels right
Adjust processed mixer channels.
Adjust processed mixer channels by name and class. RMS fills from the bottom; Peak is stacked above it.
This is a non-destructive channel audition. Render current mix applies this complete control snapshot once to the automatic baseline; the original download remains available until the replacement render finishes.
Enable this on systems that crackle during editing. It uses larger live-preview audio blocks, giving the browser more time to render each block at the cost of a little extra control latency.
